The Belarusian artist Andre Maier created the work. The lady is in armor and is holding a small dog in her arms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe armor represents the Middle Ages. The dog represents all of us,\u201d explains Andre Maier. For the artist, this woman personifies the city. \u201cShe is caring.
